For the body

The class is divided into four sections, each attacking your core from various angles and orientations to gravity. 

You'll engage in high-rep isolating exercises to sculpt and tone, while also mastering yoga stretches and balancing postures to enhance flexibility and strength. We'll zero in on those powerhouse muscles – your abs, lower back, hips, and glutes – while activating deep stabiliser muscles for a rock-solid spine and pelvis.

Plus, you'll learn essential techniques to support your spine throughout movement. This class will do wonders for your posture, you might even gain some height!

For the mind

Focus, concentration and determination are needed to perform small precise movements and balancing postures, which is great for memory and clarity.  


Dynamic with stretch holds in between.

Hands - On 

Optional assistance is given to help you find your personal alignment for the exercise.
