Our weekend retreats are intentionally slow & spacious, offering time away from everyday life to rest deeply, move with intention, & reconnect with what energises you. Through mindful movement, nourishing food, & time to simply be, guests often leave feeling steadier & clearer, with energy restored, creativity reawakened, & a renewed sense of perspective.

Sanct Farmhouse
Sanct Farmhouse sits quietly in the Welsh countryside between Caerleon & Usk. It's a warm, lived-in space designed for rest & unhurried living. It’s part of the Stretchy’s world, shaped by the same care, experience, & sense of community found in our studio & school, simply with more space to slow right down. The farmhouse offers shared areas to gather, including a large dining table where we come together for delicious meals, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated yoga studio with a wood-burning stove, & a cosy lounge warmed by a second fire. The bedrooms have been created with rest at the heart of them. There’s space to breathe here, to unpack & to wake with soft light coming through the windows & the countryside beyond. Accommodation is shared, with generous layouts & an easy, respectful atmosphere. Many guests arrive on their own and quickly feel at home. If you have specific needs around sleeping or sharing, we’ll always do our best to support you. Your place includes accommodation, all meals, yoga sessions, & use of the farmhouse spaces.

The Food
Meals are seasonal, vegetarian, & thoughtfully prepared, centred around plant-forward dishes that are nourishing without being heavy. Food is an important part of the retreat experience: unhurried, shared, & deeply comforting, enjoyed together around the table. We’re happy to accommodate dietary requirements wherever possible. Let us know your needs at the time of booking.

The Experience
Days at Sanct Farmhouse unfold at an easy, unhurried pace, with space to move, rest, & simply be. Yoga & movement options are woven throughout the day, from gentle & soothing to dynamic and energising, alongside time outdoors & unstructured rest. There’s freedom to wander the countryside, read by the fire, enjoy early nights, or spend time in ways that feel good to you. The weekend follows a flexible structure, but nothing is expected. You’re free to join in, pause, or rest whenever you need, & to move entirely at your own pace.
