For the body 

In strength sessions, you'll be guided through a carefully crafted sequence that challenges and invigorates. 

First, feel the burn as you hold strengthening postures, each for a minute, igniting muscles throughout your body. With each pose taught progressively, there's an option for everyone to find their personal edge and in doing so, build endurance, strength, flexibility and balance. 

Then, feel the dynamic power as you seamlessly transition between poses, flowing through the sequence with each breath. This fluidity improves coordination, stability, and a sense of ease in movement, while simultaneously raising your heart rate and generating internal heat, energising your practice from within.

And don't forget – there will be opportunities to explore inversions and arm balances, adding an extra layer of fun and playfulness to your practice.

For the mind 

Strength sessions work both physical and mental stamina. Whilst fully focussing on the flow, any hindering thoughts, will be slowed/stopped - great to clear a busy mind, continuing off in a revived head space. Yoga takes you from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic, basically meaning you'll feel less stressed and calmer. 

A soft whispering breath will be matched with dynamic movement throught the class. Other breathing techniques may be offered to balance energy, i.e to spark you up or to cool you right down (think dog on a warm day)
